Train in-person at JP Nagar — or join the same session live online from anywhere. The course opens with grounded conditioning and foundation work (Kaal Padam, Ondi Padam, MeiPadam, Tarai Padam) drawn from our Angad foundation, then deepens into Kuthu-Varisai, Silambam, and classical Ayudhs under Senior Coach Vak and Coach Uma. From Angad · the warm-up of every session
Alongside solo form practice, students engage in safe, structured Jodi (partner sparring) sessions from the very first week. Every style in our syllabus — Kuthu-Varisai, Silambam, and all traditional Ayudhs — includes a dedicated Jodi component practised under strict controlled-contact protocols. This real-time application of techniques builds timing, spatial awareness, and confidence in a fun, age-appropriate setting.

Two different paths into Bharatiye warrior arts. One is a 6-month online focus that makes you self-sufficient. The other is a long-term hybrid path with formal belt progression.
100% Online · 6-Month Focus
A finite, focused programme. Builds endurance, strength, mobility, breath through follow-along workouts and the foundational Padams — Kaal Padam, Ondi Padam, MeiPadam, Tarai Padam — paired with Karlakattai sutrus for fitness. You'll learn how this body work applies to combat and the different Ayudhs & Niyudh, but the focus is making you fit and self-sufficient.
The whole warrior art — Ayudh (weapons), Niyudh (unarmed combat), Silambam, Kuthu-Varisai. The hybrid mode deliberately encourages in-person attendance for the sparring and Jodi sessions that you can only learn body-to-body.

Already deep into practice? Take the advanced track — Satyabhama — for higher-level Karlakattai sutras and combat applications.
