Perfect for beginners and intermediate practitioners learning traditional Karlakattai. Made of dark Arjun wood (Black Terminalia arjuna) which is one of the most dense, dry and hard wood. It is the traditionally prescribed wood for Kai Karlakattai. It provides superior durability and resistance for superior strength, endurance and combat training practice. The wood / bark of the Arjun is well regarded in Ayurveda and regular usage of Arjun Karlakattai helps us get some of those benefits too. Key Ayurvedic Benefits of Arjun Wood Cardioprotective Tonic: Widely used as a heart tonic (Hridya) to strengthen cardiac muscles, improve contractility, and normalize heartbeat. It is effective in managing stable angina pectoris (chest pain), reducing anginal frequency, and lowering the risk of heart failure. Blood Pressure & Cholesterol: It acts as a natural blood pressure regulator and helps lower bad cholesterol (LDL) while improving good cholesterol (HDL) levels. Handle & Care

Apply a mix of neem and castor oil every 15 days for initial six months and every two months after that. For cold places mustard oil is also good. You may add few drops of natural essential oils.
